The loyalty card
A loyalty card is available, depending on the amount of your purchases, you receive points to collect; 1€ = 1 point, at 200 Points you receive a discount of 5€, on the total of your purchases.
As a reward for your loyalty, you will also receive a gift for your birthday, if you are correctly registered on the site.
Delivery Policy
Regarding shipping, we promise to send your purchases to you within 3 working days of your purchase.
If you choose Bpost, the package will be delivered to your home or to the parcel distributor, depending on what you have chosen, the amount differs from one to the other.
If you choose Mondial Relay, your package will be delivered to the relay point of your choice. The amount varies depending on the country to which it is being sent; the amounts requested correspond to what Mondial Relay asks us to do.
We are in no way responsible for delivery times that Bpost or Mondial Relay may incur.
If the delays are longer, a complaint can be made at your request. We will therefore make this complaint for you.
Refund or Return Policy
If the purchased items do not suit you, no problem, a refund can be requested only the first week following your purchase.
Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
A hand-to-hand return can only be done in the following way: You contact us; we arrange an appointment at a time that suits us and then a place will be fixed.
For returns requiring repairs, a small fee of €0.50 or €1 may also be charged to cover the cost of the equipment used. Without this fee, no repairs will be made.
